Kishore Saraogi co-founded Fusion BPO Services Group with Pankaj Dhanuka in March, 2004. Mr. Saraogi had held many senior management positions in companies like ICICI Securities, Usha Martin, and Usha Communications Technology. He is a Finance graduate from University of Calcutta.

Nalin R Tikkoo is functioning as the President of Fusion BPO Services Group. Mr. Tikkoo has held senior positions as CTO, COO, Chief of Business Operations and CEO and has set up, operated, and managed four different cellular networks in India. Prior to joining Fusion, he worked as the Vice Chairman & MD of a UK based BPO. He is a Graduate Engineer with a PDM from Jamunalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
